Please take note of the following:

It is important that you supply as much detail as possible so we can create your masterpiece! This will help speed up the process. 

Once we've received your request form, we'll be in touch within 48 hours to begin the design process & provide a payment link.

You can request two (2) rounds of changes to the design proof.

If for some reason we can't fulfill your specific request, we will let you know via email.

Importantly, we will not re-create a design from another business. You can supply us with inspo pics once we're in touch, but we will never copy another's work, so please don't request this of us.

Custom orders will be created in order of event date. This is so we can fulfill as many of your amazing requests as possible! As a result, processing times may vary.

If you are unsure what to order, let us know in the request form and we can provide some advice.
